Scott is the Broker / Owner of the company and has been licensed in North Dakota since 1997. Scott served as the Vice President for the National Association of Realtors in 2012 and was honored as the North Dakota Realtor of the Year in 2006.
Scott is also elected to serve in the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving district 5 in Minot and as the 2015 Majority Caucus Chairman by his peers. Scott’s expertise profile includes the CRB, CRS, GRI, ePro, SFR, ABR and ABRM designations as well as having earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Minot State University.
Scott volunteers his time to the Minot Hockey Boosters Board of Directors and has served on the Minot State Board of Regents, Minot State Alumni Association, the Souris Valley United Way, the Minot Young Professionals Network and multiple community task forces and committees.

AFFORDABLE & FLEXIBLE ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES
Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get.
We offer two models; a monthly flat rate fee, or a net commission income fee.
We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate. Great option isn’t it?
Our competitive and multiple commission split model allows the agent to choose which model works best for them. Our lower royalty and service fees, vendor selections, and other services are all designed to substantially drive down the costs for agents to pursue their careers.
Our company provides educational opportunities for to meet the mandatory requirements for licensing in our state and offers a matching stipend to attend real estate conventions or pursue professional designations.

Our company employs an Appointed Agency policy, which allows our agents to exclusively represent their clients’ best interests regardless who represents the other party in the transaction. This is an important distinction from a company employing a Dual Agency policy which limits consumer representation.
